Te Whare Hau
Te Whare Hau
Te Whare Hau recognises that, from an indigenous worldview, wellbeing is impacted by a fundamental disconnection from one's essence. This misalignment can stem from factors such as intergenerational trauma—along with the social, psychological, physiological, and cultural challenges that accompany it. Te Whare Hau expresses our holistic pathways of wellbeing utilising mātauranga Maaori, koorero, whakapapa, waananga and rongoaa.
